Pay range is flexible depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and increased pay based on performance and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic handyman work, including residential repairs, maintenance, and landscaping
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently
- Document completed work with notes and photos when required
Qualifications
- Teachable and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry materials and work on ladders when necessary
- Ability to complete multiple small repair tasks efficiently
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
