Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3D Printers and Milling Machines: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot digital manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent high-quality output and minimal downtime.
- Green State Zirconia Processing: Handle, mill, sinter, and finish green state zirconia restorations with precision and attention to esthetics and fit.
- Ortho Tray Production: Design, print, and finish clear orthodontic aligner trays and related appliances using digital workflows.
- Prepare cases for production and perform quality control checks at every stage.
Recommended Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician, preferably with strong background in digital dentistry.
- Hands-on experience operating 3D printers, mills (CAD/CAM systems), and working with zirconia materials is preferred.
- Comfortable working with computers.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $15.15 - $22.00 per hour
