This role can be customized based on experience- applicants may be hired for maintenance only, landscaping only or a combination of both.
Maintenance Duties(preferred experience):
- General handyman work and basic repairs.
- Minor plumbing, electrical and troubleshootting tasks
- Equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Painting, pressure washing, and general facility upkeep.
- Ability to identify issues and complete tasks independently.
Landscaping Duties(preferred experience):
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
- General landscape maintenance and beautification
- Mulching, planting and seasonal clean-up
- Operating landscaping equipment safely
- Maintaining clean and professional outdoor areas.
- Ability to self-motivate at fast pace to keep things looking their best at all times.
Requirements
- Handyman, maintenance, construction or landscaping experience STRONGLY preferred
- Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Good attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Physical ability to work outside and perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, operating outdoor equipment, and working at various heights when necessary. Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
