Position Summary:
The Auto Detail Technician is responsible maintaining vehicle appearances, performing any combination of interior and exterior washing, waxing, and buffing, as requested by customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles while maintaining the standard and quality of service of the organization
- Vacuum interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
- Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices
- Applies special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment so as not to damage the material
- Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime.
- Minimum Qualifications (Positive attitude, self-determination, Skills, and Abilities)
- A minimum of 2+ years of prior detail experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Job Types: Full-time, Monday thru Saturday with one day off during the week. Hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Driver's License REQUIRED!!
Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour plus Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available after 90 days. Starting Wage is $15.00, with weekly bonuses you can increase your earnings even more.
