Idea Peddler is seeking a freelance Senior Designer to support destination, tourism, hospitality, and place-based marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who can both develop and execute creative work. We are looking for a designer with strong agency experience who can partner with Creative Directors to explore visual territories, develop campaign concepts, and produce polished, production-ready creative across multiple channels.
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with direct destination marketing organization (DMO), convention and visitors bureau (CVB), hotel, resort, or tourism industry experience.
- 5–7+ years of advertising agency experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising campaign development and execution

Experience working with tourism, destination marketing, hospitality, hotel, resort, attraction, or travel-related brands

Proven ability to create work across digital, print, social, outdoor, presentations, and experiential applications

Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud:

- Designing advertising campaigns and marketing materials

Developing visual territories and creative springboards

Creating mood boards, inspiration boards, and concept explorations

Translating strategic direction into compelling visual solutions

Building client-ready presentations and pitch materials

Producing production-ready files and final deliverables

Collaborating closely with Creative Directors, writers, strategists, and account teams
