About the Role:
The Rudy’s Prime Steakhouse General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of our restaurant including guest satisfaction, team development, financial performance, and brand integrity. What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and lead staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
- Maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Support marketing efforts, programming, and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination.
- Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests.

- Language Proficiency: English fluency required; Spanish fluency is a plus!
- Experience: At least three years of progressive General Management experience in the restaurant industry, with a preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments.
- Encyclopedia: Superior wine knowledge encompassing Old-World, New-World and Global insights. Wide knowledge of spirits, especially bourbon, whiskey, rye & tequila

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
