As a growing startup, we are building a strong and dependable care team and are seeking dedicated, compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are excited to grow with us and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Position Overview:
The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) will provide hands-on, non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
We offer a variety of care options including personal care, companionship, and specialized care, with flexible scheduling options such as hourly, overnight, and live-in assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support clients with mobility and safety
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active CHHA certification in New Jersey
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Prior home care experience is a plus

Compensation:
- W-2 position (no benefits offered at this time)
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and case type)
- Overtime opportunities may be available
- Variety of shifts including full-time, live-in, overnight, and hourly cases
Work Location:
- Client homes in Mercer County, NJ and surrounding areas
