Key Responsibilities

Transition all accounting and finance operations from outsourced to fully in-house
-
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profit center analysis
-
Build financial models and deliver insights to support executive decision-making
-
Implement ERP systems, automation, and scalable processes

Establish internal controls, policies, and operational best practices

Partner closely with executive leadership to guide growth strategy
Qualifications
-
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience (Controller or equivalent)

Strong blend of accounting operations and FP&A expertise in a mid-sized/growth environment

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP/system implementation experience
-
CPA preferred; experience building processes in a scaling or multi-entity business
