About the Family Office
We are a private, single-family office managing a substantial real estate portfolio across the US in multiple asset classes — multifamily, industrial, commercial, retail, and ground-up development. We invest opportunistically with a long-term, ownership mindset and a commitment to operational excellence, Our team is small, entrepreneurial, and we hold ourselves to an institutional standard while moving with the speed and flexibility of a private principal.

- Asset management: Drive value-creation plans across assets — leasing, capital improvements, repositioning, and operating efficiency — and hold third-party managers accountable to clear KPIs.
- Acquisitions & dispositions: Source, underwrite, and lead diligence on new opportunities; structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations.
- Capital & financing: Lead debt and equity financing, manage lender and partner relationships, and oversee the capital structure of the portfolio.
- Operations & oversight: Build and refine the systems, controls, and reporting that govern day-to-day property operations, budgeting, and capital planning.
- Team & vendors: Lead internal staff and external partners — property managers, brokers, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and consultants.
- Reporting to the Principal: Deliver clear, decision-ready reporting and recommendations to the Principal and family on performance, risk, and capital deployment.
