More Than Muscle is a results-driven coaching brand serving high-performing executives and business owners who want their body to match their ambition. We're growing fast and need a closer who can convert qualified, warm leads into clients.
This is not cold outreach. Our team pre-qualifies every lead before it reaches you, location, financial readiness, decision-making authority, and urgency are already filtered. You're closing people who've already raised their hand, not chasing strangers.
What you'll be doing:
- Running strategy calls with pre-qualified leads (1:1 coaching packages ranging from $4K-$12K)
- Following a proven, conversion-tested script (you'll be trained, not left to guess)
- Handling objections around investment, timing, and commitment with a high-performer audience
- Closing deals and handing off to our coaching team for delivery
Who fits:
- Proven track record closing high-ticket offers ($3K+), in coaching, fitness, or nutrition.
- Comfortable talking to executives and business owners, this audience won't respond to scripts that sound scripted
- Can read emotional blockers in real time and work them, not just push past them
- Self-managed, doesn't need hand-holding to hit numbers
Compensation: Commission per closed deal, no cap.
Logistics:
Remote, must have flexibility to take calls at various hours

Projected Total Compensation: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
