Support the DON with daily clinical operations
Assist in managing and developing the nursing team
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitor clinical outcomes (falls, wounds, rehospitalizations)
Participate in survey readiness and audits
Help drive quality improvement initiatives
Support staffing, scheduling, and accountability
Active RN or LPN license (Oklahoma or compact)
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical background in long-term care / SNF
Knowledge of survey process and regulatory compliance
Ability to lead, communicate, and hold teams accountable
