We are currently looking for a Car Wash Service Technician - Very Fast Paced, Rapidly Growing Company Seeking: HIGH LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Leadership Qualities. Adaptability. Willingness to Learn and Grow Technically, Professionally, and Personally.
THIS IS OUR HOW: RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintains Exceptional SERVICE and POSITIVE ATTITUDE with Customers, Vendors and Team Members.
-Maintains car wash equipment, car wash POS systems, and building by performing extensive preventive maintenance and repair work.
-Ensures operation of equipment by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining car wash equipment, electrical systems, plumbing systems, water heaters, and electronic systems.
-Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Maintains continuity among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
-Communicates with customers and explain technical issues to non-technical people.
-Maintains company assets, including service vehicles, tools and equipment.
-Will be required to participate and attend all training.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
THIS IS OUR WHO: QUALIFICATIONS
-High school diploma or G.E.D.
-Must be able to communicate well orally and written; perform basic arithmetic functions.
-Must have valid drivers license with no major offenses.
-2 Years Technical Car Wash experience REQUIRED.
-Background in any Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fabricator or Construction trades with hands on experience, or two years of trade school or equivalent infield experience.
-Understanding of PLCs, low voltage control circuits, general three phase power knowledge, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
-Must be able to understand basic blueprints, electrical schematics, installation and service manuals.
-Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues using a Volt/Ohm meter.
-Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical measurement instruments.
-Ability to interface between equipment and computer programs.
-Must have excellent problem solving and decision making skills, ability to perform work with minimal or no supervision or assistance.
-Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
-Flexible Schedule - Rotational weekends on-call and able to occasionally travel (On-site location)
COMPENSATION
We offer a generous salary and benefits! Salary is based on previous experience - to be determined upon interview. Benefits including medical, dental and retirement plans available after probationary periods are fulfilled. Our primary focus is SERVING PEOPLE! We provide full technical service, equipment, supplies and consulting to car wash operators throughout Washington State and Oregon. We service most car wash equipment brands and have distributorships for several manufacturers and chemical suppliers. We are also a general contractor and build car wash facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
