Job Summary
Completing the laminate install in the bedroom, closet, and hallway tie-in (approximately 250 square feet total), repairing a soft spot in the subfloor before install, installing new flat white 3-inch baseboards throughout, two bathroom doorway reducer transitions, and one stair nose transition at the top of the staircase. All materials will be supplied by Century Homes except the laminate and underlayment which are already on-site. The installer must be experienced with laminate flooring, work cleanly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Complete laminate flooring installation in bedroom, closet, and hallway tie-in (~250 sq ft)
- Repair localized soft spot in subfloor before beginning flooring install
- Install 2 bathroom doorway reducer transition strips (laminate to tile)
- Install 1 stair nose transition at hallway to staircase landing
- Install 85 linear feet of new flat white 3" baseboards
- Fill nail holes with white wood filler and caulk baseboards for clean finish
- Shift furniture as needed throughout the job
- Do NOT remove or disturb any laminate already installed by homeowner
- Clean up work area upon completion
