- Manage conflict resolution within families by employing conflict management techniques that promote understanding and cooperation.
- Document case progress accurately in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Stay current on behavioral health issues affecting children and families to deliver informed, effective support.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of child protective services protocols, child welfare practices, and family law procedures.
- Proven experience working with children in various settings, demonstrating patience and empathy.
