A Quick Lube Technician performs vehicle routine repairs and maintenance focusing on oil changes and basic maintenance. They inspect vehicles, identify potential issues, and recommend necessary repairs to service advisors.
Key Responsibilities:

Oil Changes:Drain and refill engine oil, replace oil filters.
Fluid Checks:Inspect and replenish other fluids like coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, etc.
Tire Services:Check tire pressure, rotate tires, and potentially balance or repair tires.
Filter Replacements:Replace air filters, cabin filters, and other filters as needed.
Multi-Point Inspections:Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend services.
Customer Communication:Communicate with service advisors about necessary repairs and services.
Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
Record Keeping:Document all work performed and parts installed.
Additional Responsibilities:

May include lubricating moving parts, cleaning engine compartments, and assisting other mechanics.
