We’re looking for a dynamic and service-driven Front of House Supervisor to lead daily guest-facing operations in our high-end airport lounge. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a talented FOH team to ensure exceptional hospitality, seamless service, and a clean, inviting environment. If you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support FOH staff to maintain service excellence
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee lounge cleanliness, inventory, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Collaborate on marketing efforts and menu launches
