Position Overview
Rovik is looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused Purchasing Agents to help customers find their next vehicle.
Purchasing Agents work directly with customers to understand what they are looking for, research available vehicles, communicate with dealerships, compare options and pricing, and help create a smooth customer experience.
This is a remote, commission-based position suited for someone who enjoys vehicles, communicating with people, researching options, and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, budget, and timeline.
- Research new and used vehicle options.
- Communicate professionally with dealerships.
- Compare vehicles, pricing, fees, and available options.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records for assigned customer searches.
- Help connect customers with dealerships when they are ready to move forward.
- Provide professional and responsive customer service.

- Strong communication and customer-service skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers and dealerships.
- Interested in vehicles and willing to learn.
- Able to research and compare information accurately.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Able to manage several customer searches at the same time.
- Sales, automotive, negotiation, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
Compensation is commission-based, with earnings depending on completed purchases and individual performance.
