Pay: $15.00/hour + Commission
We’re seeking 2 results-driven Retail Sales Associates to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for the full sales process — from engaging customers and identifying their needs to recommending the right products and closing sales.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll work closely with customers to provide exceptional service, offer expert advice on our jewelry collection, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You’ll also be expected to address customer concerns promptly and uphold high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
To succeed in this role, you should be knowledgeable about our products, enthusiastic about retail sales, and committed to helping us meet or exceed store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable and personalized service
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry options
- Stay informed about product features and store promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
