What You'll Do
- Lead an infant classroom with warmth, creativity, and confidence.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports each child's development.
- Plan developmentally appropriate experiences based on children's interests and milestones.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with infants and their families.
- Partner with a supportive team to provide high-quality care while maintaining licensing standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Vermont-qualified Lead Teacher or eligible to qualify under Vermont Child Care Licensing Regulations.
- Experience working with infants in a licensed early childhood setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development and responsive caregiving practices.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for early childhood education.
