Running Horse, LLC is an oilfield logistics company based in New Town, ND, specializing in trucking water and sand. We have been in business since November 2011, and our fleet includes over 50 trucks and more than 70 trailers.
Our mechanics and foremen operate within a HEATED facility featuring eight bays and two wash bays, primarily focusing on servicing 379 and 389 Peterbilt trucks, as well as vacuum trailers. The majority of our fleet is powered by CAT C15 engines, alongside a selection of Cummins motors. Running Horse maintains a fleet of over 45 trucks and an equal number of vacuum trailers, including several hopper bottoms. Our shop is equipped with in-floor heating, traditional heating systems, two sets of movable lifts, and a well-stocked inventory of parts.

Running Horse Shop Foreman: Overview of Operations at Running Horse, LLC
At Running Horse, the Shop Foreman is entrusted with significant responsibilities and a high degree of trust.
To ensure the Shop Foreman is positioned for success, we have learned through experience that placing an individual directly into a supervisory role may not always lead to optimal outcomes. Therefore, we require that candidates first familiarize themselves with Running Horse and our policies. This training period, during which they learn from the Shop Manager and current Shop Foremen, typically lasts for a minimum of ninety days. However, this duration is not guaranteed to conclude at the end of the probationary period.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of experience in a diesel shop environment.
- Management experience is advantageous.
- A valid Driver’s License is mandatory (Class A is preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success within our organization.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated quality control expertise.
