What you will do as a Finance Director :

Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the manufacturing site.

The Director of Finance will partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance and operational decision-making.

Oversee capital expenditure planning and financial support for major manufacturing investments.

Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including cost accounting and financial analysis functions.

Ensure accurate financial reporting, controls, and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Provide strategic financial insights to support production, operations, and business growth initiatives.
Oversee the month close process and review activities of the Assistant Controller

What we are seeking in a Director of Finance Candidate:
-
10+ years of finance experience within a large manufacturing environment with cost knowledge and a min of 5 years leadership experience in accounting or finance capacity.

5+ years of leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams.

Previous experience overseeing plant finance, controllership, or director-level manufacturing finance functions.
Strong ERP expertise with either (SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems)

- Advanced Excel skills.
Former accounting experience within a regulated industry such as Consumer-packaged goods, Medical, Medical Device, Aerospace, Chemical or Cosmetics.
