The Lube Technician will perform lubrication, oil changes, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections to support vehicle maintenance. This role requires maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and work quality while promoting efficient business operations.

Perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspections to ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis.

Identify any additional vehicle service needs and communicate these to management.

Deliver high-quality service consistently, maintaining clean vehicles during servicing.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA and EPA regulations.

Provide excellent customer service through prompt and clear communication.

Adhere to all management-assigned duties and responsibilities.

Demonstrate integrity by upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

Maintain positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability, including outstanding attendance.

Shop setting with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.

Work performed may be impacted by weather conditions.

Physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, reaching, and operating tools.

High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.

Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.

Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company policy.

Local state vehicle inspection license preferred.

Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.

Capability to lift at least 100 lbs.

Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and using hands for handling tools and equipment.

Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Required vision includes close, distance, peripheral, and the ability to adjust focus.

Safe operation of equipment and vehicles at all times.
