Job Summary
The Massanutten Fitness and Rec club has expanded our pickleball offerings to include private and semi-private lessons, weekly clinics and seasonal Pickleball 3-day intensive camps. As the head instructor, you are responsible for building a program that caters to all levels of pickleball players and effectively improves their level of play. This position requires excellent communication and the ability to lead and instruct a wide range of ages and abilities. It requires providing instruction during lessons and clinics that include different aspects of the sport to improve participant's skills.
Required
2 to 3 years of Pickleball playing experience
Preferred
Previous Pickleball instruction experience, and accreditation by PPR or USPTA pickleball certification

Core Responsibilities
- Provide quality pickleball instruction in a safe and educational manner
- Create and develop pickleball clinics
- Work with a variety of age groups at one time
- Provide quality private pickleball instruction
- Schedule and arrange private pickleball clinics with guests
- Communicate with management any concerns, needs or issues
- Work with other Pickleball Instructors to provide a cohesive instructional program
- Other duties as assigned by management
