Tree Climber/Trimmer
Role Summary: Local Colorado Springs Tree Company looking for professional hard working individual to be a part of our growing team! We are a busy, family-owned, independent, full service residential and commercial tree service business. We are looking for qualified, hard working, individual with a desire to be part of a experienced and detailed crew. We seek an experienced Tree Service Climber to join our strong, customer-focused team of professionals. Competitive pay based on experience.
*Previous experience in tree industry is required.
CLIMBER:
- Responsible for climbing, pruning and removing trees on residential and commercial properties.
- Be adaptable and observant to the scope of work: rope, drag brush, rake, free lines, load trailers, feed chipper, maintain chainsaws.
- Supervise crew engaged in tree trimming work, tree removals, as well as directly performing various tree services.
- Diligent problem solver and must be able to communicate well with co-workers and customers.
- Must be able to perform pruning and removal duties safely and efficiently as a member of a crew.
- Solid knowledge and skill in roping and rigging, able to control and lower limbs and wood safely and without incident.
- Minimum 3 years experience, insurable driving record with Colorado drivers license.
- Experience driving truck with chipper or trailer.
