Position Summary
The Field Operations Supervisor represents Landall on every job site, ensuring our work reflects our values of craftsmanship, accountability, communication, and service. Working in partnership with Project Managers, you oversee day-to-day field operations, verify jobsite conditions, support technicians, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, and help ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with Landall’s quality standards. You maintain consistent quality control, safety, and compliance across all assigned projects while providing field leadership and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years Hands-On Residential Construction Experience
- Strong Jobsite Leadership and Communication Skills
- Ability to Read Scopes, Plans, and Construction Documents
- Experience Supervising Field Teams or Technicians
- Possess the experience, technical knowledge, and capability to perform restoration, repair, and construction tasks when operational needs require, while providing leadership, guidance, and support to field teams.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Accountability Mindset

Preferred Qualifications
- Restoration or Reconstruction Experience
- Subcontractor or Vendor Coordination Experience
- Familiarity with Jobsite Safety Standards
- Experience with Digital Field Documentation and CRM Systems
- Ability to Read and Review Estimates
Key Responsibilities
- Work Closely with Project Managers to Execute Project Plans and Resolve Field Issues
- Verify Measurements, Layouts, Materials, and Site Conditions
- Identify Discrepancies and Communicate Recommendations to Project Managers
- Lead Field Communication and Accountability
- Coordinate Vendors and Subcontractors
- Perform Routine and Milestone Quality Control Checks
- Provide direct field support when operational demands require, utilizing advanced restoration, construction, and repair expertise to assist crews, resolve challenges, and keep projects on schedule.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to field teams, demonstrating industry best practices and performing skilled trade work when necessary to maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Support Technician Training, Coaching, and Development
- Improve Field Workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage Tools, Equipment, PPE, and Inventory
- Ensure Accurate Field Documentation and Weekly Reporting
- Maintain Jobsite Safety, Compliance, and Professional Standards

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
