Job Summary
Gulf Coast Mats & Equipment seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our daily sales operations and drive significant revenue growth. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to acquire new customers, expand our market presence, and maximize the potential of our talented sales team. You will be instrumental in crafting presenting compelling sales plans to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets and achieve sustainable growth through effective sales management.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to broaden out customer base and strengthen our market position.
- Generate and present accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and expense reports to the management team.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, including planning and directing the recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Representatives.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and solve problems effectively.
- Deep understanding of refining, petrochemical and heavy industrial operations
- Strong customer service skills.
- Solid business sense and industry expertise within a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Superior written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Established relationships with EPCs such as Exxon, Shell, Chevron and similar organizations
Education and Experience
- BS/MS degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience in budgeting, planning and executing sales.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
