Hi, we’re Stretch-N-Grow, a leading company in childcare enrichment. Our owners, James and Pauline, founded Stretch-N-Grow San Antonio in 2005 with one heartfelt goal: to help children grow through joyful, engaging lessons on healthy habits in a way that’s fun and impactful for the children.
And that mission has blossomed. Today, Stretch-N-Grow San Antonio partners with over 50 schools and reaches thousands of families taking part in this wonderful mission. But as Stretch-N-Grow San Antonio continues to grow, so does our need for energetic, passionate teachers.
That’s where you come in.
As a Year-Round Enrichment Teacher, you will:
- Lead engaging, fun-filled enrichment classes at partnered preschools, daycares, and facilities across San Antonio
- Guide little ones from their school classrooms to the enrichment classrooms at each school
- Set up (and pack up) equipment for each class
- Bring each lesson to life using the curriculum designed to keep kids moving, smiling, and learning that we provide to you!!
- And most importantly... have fun with your students!
What you'll love about working with us:
- A competitive starting pay of $18/hour

What we’ll need from you:
- A clear background check
- Availability at least 2-3 mornings or afternoons per week (Our classes typically run between 8:30 AM - 11:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- A reliable mode of transportation with willingness to commute location to location
- 1 year commitment to coaching the shining stars at Stretch-N-Grow.
