The Sales and Service Delivery engineer is the head of the Pre-Sales and
Service Delivery Department. The main duty of the position is to assist the
sales department as to all technical aspects of all proposed sales projects,
from the pre-sale stage to final infrastructure delivery. In specific, every
sales project and delivery plan must efficiently and properly fill all
technical and telecommunications requirements as to space, power and
connectivity outside and inside the customer's data site. Once all
infrastructure resources are ready, the Pre-Sales and Service Delivery
Engineer must ensure the successful enabling of the service, according to
customer requirements and standards. Please note that the three supervised
employees hold the same position of Infrastructure Manager, which we
consider to fall under the occupational SOC/O*NET (OES) code 15-1142,
Network and Computer Systems Administrators. The main duty of the
supervised position of Infrastructure is to ensure the day to day efficient
operations of all aspects of their assigned Data Center including Critical
Infrastructure, and drive both internal and external customer requirements.
Travel once a month for approximately two days to different client site
locations in the states of California, Arizona, Florida, Texas and Mexico.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Systems Engineering and
24 months in Technical Sales and Delivery of Telecom
