Compensation:
$98,500+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with care and expertise.
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing clear and actionable advice at every step.
Collaborate with our team to develop innovative marketing strategies that showcase properties effectively.
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities.
Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, always prioritizing the best interests of clients.
Participate in community events and initiatives, strengthening our commitment to giving back.
Utilize our advanced technology tools to streamline transactions and enhance client experiences.
Qualifications:
Must have a SC Real Estate License (NC Real Estate License a plus!)
Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
Ability to conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing listings effectively.
Experience collaborating with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using technology to streamline the sales process and enhance client experiences, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems as needed.
