KCU Impact Enterprises is seeking a creative and visionary Set Designer who is passionate about using creativity and music to encourage, empower, and uplift others. This position works directly with a recording artist and creative team to bring powerful visual experiences to life through concerts, music videos, and production shoots.

Position Overview
The Set Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling environments that enhance live performances, video productions, and creative experiences. This individual should be innovative, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative sets for concerts, live events, music videos, and production shoots.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and visual concepts that align with the artist's vision and brand.
- Source props, décor, backdrops, and set pieces within project budgets.
- Collaborate with directors, videographers, photographers, and production teams to execute concepts.
- Assist with set installation, styling, and breakdown when needed.
- Maintain and organize set materials and creative assets.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance storytelling and audience experiences.
- Support the growth and creative vision of a purpose-driven organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in set design, stage design, event design, interior styling, or a related creative field.
- Strong understanding of color, composition, textures, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creativity, music, and creating experiences that inspire others.
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing previous work in set design, event styling, stage design, interior design, production design, or other relevant creative projects. Portfolios may include photographs, sketches, renderings, mood boards, or examples of completed work.

Compensation
- up to $500-650/show to start
Pay: $500.00 - $650.00 per day
