First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Service Supervisor to join our Kahana Branch.
Compensation:
The salary range for the role is $55,176- $65,000/yr* (commensurate with experience); plus sales incentives
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
*The advertised salary range reflects a location-based premium offered at select branch locations.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Rotational Saturday 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
In this role, you will be responsible for operations of the branch by supervising employees in all phases of bank operations. The Service Supervisor also handles and resolves any customer issues or complex inquiries and assists to maintain the branch workflow and assign coverage as needed. Another integral part of this role is to ensure that all bank policies and procedures are followed.
