TPG Management is a residential property management company overseeing a growing portfolio of multifamily, single-family, and HOA communities across New Jersey. We're hiring a part-time Property Field Coordinator to be our eyes and hands in the field — visiting properties, documenting their condition, and keeping our office team informed so issues get resolved quickly.
This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable working independently, and likes being out on the road rather than behind a desk all day. A company vehicle is provided for use during work hours, so you won't be putting miles on your own car.
What You'll Do
- Complete move-in and move-out inspections, documenting the condition of units with photos and written notes
- Perform vacancy checks on unoccupied units to confirm they are secure and in good condition
- Document property conditions across the portfolio through clear photos and concise reports
- Report maintenance and property issues back to the office team promptly and accurately
- Meet vendors and inspectors on-site as needed to provide access and oversight
- Pick up and drop off paperwork between properties, the office, and third parties as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a route independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail — you notice the things that need noticing
- Comfortable using a smartphone to take quality photos and submit reports/updates
- Clear written communication for documenting conditions and reporting issues
- Professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, vendors, and inspectors
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required — a company vehicle is provided during work hours)
- Able to climb stairs, walk properties, and be outdoors in varying weather
- Prior experience in property management, maintenance, inspections, or field/delivery work is a plus but not required
Schedule & Logistics
- 15–20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility around property and vendor needs
- Daytime availability during standard business hours preferred
- A company vehicle is provided for use during scheduled work hours
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
