Position Summary
JANSON is seeking an Executive Aide to support the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Buildings & Environments (B&E) Domain. This is not a traditional executive assistant role. The ideal candidate is a former military officer or senior enlisted leader (i.e Ret Capt, E7, etc) with demonstrated experience supporting Flag Officers and senior leaders. The successful candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, exercises sound judgment, maintains absolute discretion, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings exceptional organizational discipline
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars across multiple business units, customers, and international engagements

Prioritizing meetings based on strategic importance and organizational objectives
-
Prepare daily executive briefings, schedules, and decision packages
-
Develop COA’s and operational plans based on directed guidance for project support
-
Maintain executive action trackers and ensure timely completion of commitments
-
Coordinate follow-up actions from meetings and executive decisions
-
Prepare agendas and ensure all supporting materials are complete before executive engagements
-
Customer & stakeholder engagement coordination
-
Monitor strategic projects assigned by the CEO
-
Identify risks and recommend solutions
-
Maintain executive dashboards and status reports and cross pollinate actions and timelines.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Military Experience Required

Prior U.S. military service as an Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer

Demonstrated experience supporting senior military leaders or senior executives

Active or previous security clearance preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
-
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities

High emotional intelligence and executive presence

Absolute discretion handling sensitive and confidential information

Proficiency with Office 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and collaboration tools

Ability to travel as required
