Daily Responsibilities:

Plate presentation for breakfast dishes

Scratch cooking of breakfast items

Ensuring portion control and food quality

Utilizing knife skills for food preparation
Required Skills:

Degree in Culinary Arts, prefered

Experience with batch cooking

Proficiency in salads and a la carte cooking

Ability to accommodate dietary restrictions

Experience in line cooking and back of house operations

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
