Kushfly.com is an online, on-demand cannabis delivery company that has been operating in Los Angeles since 2015.
We are seeking a friendly, confident, and highly organized inventory packer with a strong work ethic. We are a small team and need each member to do their part. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organization skills, who learns quickly, and who is comfortable working with a team. The position is not a good fit for anyone who has trouble seeing projects through or multitasking. Potential to work in other departments based on skill and performance.
Pay is hourly plus commission for meeting team sales goals, plus a share of tips. Flexible availability is strongly preferred, as we operate 7 days a week and need coverage across shifts.
*Responsibilities:*
Pack orders accurately
Maintain accurate inventory
Receive new incoming orders and products, and list new products online accurately
Effectively process products through computer applications and label products accurately by date, name, and quantity
Actively organize products in the sales floor area, including restocking when low, fixing labeled names for accuracy and visibility, and using older dated products before newer ones
Monitor supply levels and update team when restock is needed
Communicate with management through our inventory chats
Actively participate in team chat, sharing ideas on promotions and sales pushes
Maintain organized workspace and throw out trash on a daily basis

Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance while learning the role
Basic computer literacy required; strong knowledge is a plus
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Must have a smartphone and reliable transportation
Basic math skills
Proficiency in English
Basic knowledge of cannabis is a plus

*Pay:* $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, including commission and tip share
*Hours of Operation:* 7 days a week, 8:30am to 10:30pm
