Overview
Dingchuang Supply Chain Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support global logistics, procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution operations. This role is responsible for coordinating international shipments, maintaining accurate operational documentation, and collaborating with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain operations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and carriers to ensure timely movement of goods
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, purchase orders, customs documentation, and inventory reports
- Support inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and stock optimization initiatives
- Maintain accurate operational data within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Analyze logistics performance, transportation costs, inventory trends, and operational KPIs to identify process improvements
- Coordinate supplier performance reviews and assist with vendor relationship management
- Resolve shipment discrepancies, inventory issues, and logistics challenges while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, import/export regulations, international trade requirements, and supply chain best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain management, international logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, procurement, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or NetSuite
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and inventory management software
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs documentation, Incoterms, and import/export compliance
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence and reporting tools
- APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) or Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) certification are considered a plus
