The Leesburg Animal Park is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admissions Manager to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with children, families, and animals in a fun environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Indoor Operations Manager with daily operations.
- Greeting and assisting guests with a welcoming, positive attitude.
- Operating cash registers and answering and directing calls.
- Assist in managing gift shop inventory and restocking merchandise.
- Booking birthday parties and field trip bookings & communicating with customers.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in admissions areas.
- Supporting team members and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.
- Willingness to assist with general cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms, etc.).
- Comfortable working around children, families, and animals.
- Availability on weekends (shifts typically 9am–6pm; hours may vary).

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
