What You'll Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom for infants
- Support each child's developmental milestones through play and exploration
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom
- Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
- Communicate professionally with families
- Work closely with a supportive teaching team
Qualifications
- EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification preferred
- Assistant Teachers are encouraged to apply
- Experience with infants is helpful but not required
- Reliable, caring, patient, and professional
- Looking for a long-term career in early childhood education
