Responsibilities:
Plan and lead daily activities, games, crafts, music, and social events
Encourage resident participation and meaningful engagement
Build positive relationships with residents and families
Support residents with individualized activities based on their interests and abilities
Help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
Assist with special events and holiday celebrations
