STIX Restaurant, Bowling Center & Biergarten is looking for energetic, outgoing, and service-focused Bartenders to join our team.
If you enjoy creating great drinks, meeting new people, and providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, exciting environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Recommend beverages and menu items to guests.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure exceptional service.
- Follow all liquor laws, company policies, and responsible alcohol service practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must have strong work history with favorable references.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
