Position: RN - Clinic
Location: Chestnut Hill, MA
Facility: BILH Primary Care - Chestnut Hill/The Street
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and immunizations.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as laboratory specimen collection, phlebotomy, and catheterizations.
- Manage acute and chronic pain through appropriate interventions and coordinate care plans.
- Support specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, ostomy care, or esthetic laser procedures as applicable.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient encounters.
- Provide triage services by assessing urgent needs and directing patients to appropriate levels of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment strategies.
- Educate patients on health management, medication administration, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aligned with NCQA standards and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- MA RN License
- BLS-AHA
- Epic Experience Required
- Primary Care or Urgent Care Clinic Experience Required

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per week
