About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will help oversee all daily store operations and lead a team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll support the Store Manager while preparing to run a store of your own.

Key Responsibilities LeadershipTeam Development

Assist in directing, coordinating, and evaluating store operations.

Supervise 8-12 associates and support the Store Manager.

Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees.

Assign and review work, conduct performance evaluations, and manage corrective actions when needed.

Ensure team members follow company policies and meeting given quotas.
Store Operations

Maintain adequate staffing by recruiting, selecting, and training team members.

Ensure product availability and maintain proper inventory levels.

Protect store assets by maintaining up to date inventory data base

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant store environment.

Build relationships with potential and current customers to understand their needs.

Ensure exceptional customer service while supporting sales goals.

Assist in identifying opportunities for marketing or strategic adjustments by reviewing sales and financial reports.

Required SkillsQualifications Experience

2-4 years of supervisory or management experience.

Rent-to-own or wheel/tire experience is helpful but not required.
