Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies that align with their legacy goals.

Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans that reflect their unique family dynamics and financial situations.

Represent clients in probate and estate administration proceedings, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process.

Stay informed on the latest estate law developments to offer clients the most current and effective legal solutions.

Foster long-term relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and offering ongoing support as their needs evolve.

Work closely with our Red Wagon Club community, facilitating educational workshops and fostering social connections among members.

Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school of law and qualification to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

At least two years of substantial involvement in the field of Estate Administration.

Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association in good standing.

Willingness to take instruction from senior legal personnel to serve client requirements and expand client base.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the capability to address issues with creativity.
