About the Role"
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive the growth of our Business phone system solutions. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while building relationships with prospective customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include generating and nurturing leads, conducting discovery calls, scheduling and leading sales meetings via Zoom or in person, and helping customers find the right Phone System solutions for their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
- Call prospective customers, qualify leads, and direct them to the appropriate sales channel.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage daily sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and business objectives.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings as needed.
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience selling VoIP telephony and business communication solutions.
- Knowledge of routing and switching technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B telecom sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling Internet, telecom, or VoIP solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to build trust, rapport, and long-term customer relationships.
- Energetic, professional, and results-oriented personality.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling IP communication solutions to:
- Hotels
- Motels
- Resorts
- Hospitality organizations
- Healthcare providers and related businesses

- Travel Requirement: Up to 50% travel, including out-of-state business meetings, trade shows, and customer visits.
