Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company. You’ll assist customers before, during, and after their purchases by responding to messages, resolving issues, tracking orders, and ensuring every customer has an outstanding experience across multiple selling platforms.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
- Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to investigate shipping or fulfillment issues.
- Communicate with customers during live selling events when needed.
- Process returns, replacements, and customer credits according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Help maintain high customer satisfaction ratings across all platforms.
- Learn company products and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with e-commerce, live selling, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (occasional weekends during special live events)
