We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Console Rigging professional to join our boat manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and adjustment of console rigging systems on our vessels. Your expertise will ensure that all rigging components are properly secured, functional, and compliant with safety standards. Duties
- Install and assemble console rigging components on boats according to design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of rigging systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Adjust and fine-tune rigging elements to achieve proper alignment and functionality.
- Collaborate with the production team to integrate rigging systems seamlessly into the vessel’s overall structure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to console rigging during assembly or post-installation testing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of rigging procedures, inspections, and modifications.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in boat rigging, specifically console rigging or related marine systems.
- Knowledge of marine hardware, rigging techniques, and safety standards applicable to boat manufacturing.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics related to console systems.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise installation work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot rigging issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced production setting.
- Physical ability to handle tools, equipment, and materials required for rigging tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
