Job Overview
TCM Dynamics is hiring CDL A drivers for South Texas oilfield operations hauling bulk materials using pneumatic and Hopper bottom trailers. This is percentage-based pay hauling cement, fly ash, sand.
This is not a dock delivery job and not a fixed 9–5 schedule. Work is steady but driven by plant and oilfield demand.
What You’ll Do
- Operate sleeper tractor-trailers with pneumatic trailers, chassis trailers, belly dump trailers, hopper bootom trailers.
- Pressure unload bulk product
- Work at plants and well locations
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate status
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Work safely around heavy equipment and jobsite environments
Equipment
Fleet consists of Kenworth, Peterbilt, and International sleeper trucks equipped with front facing Samsara cameras and GPS.
Pay
- 30% of gross load revenue
- Weekly pay (one week in the hole)
Typical weekly earnings:
- Average: $1,700–$2,200
- Strong week: $2,300+
Weekly Minimum Guarantee
$750 weekly minimum during slow weeks (true-up, not extra pay)
Schedule
3 Weeks in , 1 Week out
For San Antonio Based drivers schedule can be flexible
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years CDL experience
- Pass drug test
- Acceptable MVR
- Long-form medical card
- Clearinghouse approved
- Able to complete safety orientation before dispatch
Pneumatic experience helpful but not required if willing to learn.
