Creeks Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated Install Helper to assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn from experienced pros, gain real-world skills, and grow your career.
- Assist Lead Installers with system installations, ductwork, and jobsite prep/cleanup
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
- Help fabricate and install duct systems and fittings
- Measure, cut, and assemble basic HVAC components under supervision
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow directions carefully and ask questions to learn and improve
- Support the team with various duties to keep jobs on schedule
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn the HVAC trade
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot/cold environments, attics, and crawlspaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge (power tools a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
