Landscape Laborer / Landscape Technician (Year-Round Work, Weekly Pay)

What You’ll Do
- Perform lawn care and landscaping: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning
- Execute landscape installation and hardscape projects (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
- Operate equipment: zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavation equipment
- Assist with planting, tree care, and property improvements
- Perform snow removal and plowing in winter months
- Maintain clean, professional job sites and represent the company well with customers
Schedule
- Full-time
- 40–50 hours per week
- Overtime available after 40 hours
- Monday–Friday + occasional Saturdays

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to consistently arrive on time
- Ability to work full-time schedule
- Pass background check / drug test
Preferred Experience
- 2–3+ years in landscaping, lawn care, or construction
- Experience operating equipment (zero-turn, skid steer, excavator)
