Compensation
- Base mileage pay: $0.50 to $0.65 CPM based on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses: up to $0.08 CPM additional (fuel, safety, performance)
- Average weekly pay: $1,200$1,500
- Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800/week
- Annual earnings: $62,400$75,000

The Freight
- 100% no-touch dry van
- 60% drop & hook / 40% live load

Entry Level & Recent Grads You're Welcome Here
Just finished CDL school? We'll put you in a seat and pay you while you learn.
- $650 per week guaranteed during 46 week mentorship

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience trainees and recent grads exempt
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
- No safety-related terminations
- Solid 10-year work history school and training gaps are acceptable
- No DUI/DWI or felonies in the last 10 years
- Must pass pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screening
